Lincoln) following a very severe fall and major surgery to her left Femur. On admission she was in a very distressed and depressed state, as well as experiencing considerable pain in her upper leg. She was in the home for about three months where she received excellent care and great tenderness. The staff could not do enough for her. Their kindness and thoughtfulness was truly outstanding. There were tears of love when she eventually was discharged. Claire and her team do a fantastic job and every resident is made to feel loved. Outstanding in every area of care.
